We became aware of a snafu in our Fall festival plans yesterday.  It seems Carvin's Cove only does field trips with younger children on Wednesdays - despite what was communicated to us.  Jeter's Farm is able to accommodate us on Thursday so we will be flipping our field trips.  Now we are going to Carvin's Cove on Wed., Oct,3 and to Jeter's Farm on Thursday, Oct. 4.   We are aware this may change some plans for families and apologize .  We are sending home a green form for parents to tell us , again, if and/or when they can drive or will meet us at the destinations.  We will need this information back as soon as possible to make our transportation plans.  Thank you for helping us.
