What's more exciting than singing songs with Santa? Well of course, sitting by Santa is more exciting. As each child sat down and told Santa their Christmas wish Sharon took their picture. She has a degree in photography so I know the pictures will be adorable. I took some pictures of our little friends enjoying their group time and I'll post those today.
Tomorrow will be just as exciting. We will begin the day by eating pancakes with our buddies in Keri's room. These two classes have become good friends so this should be fun for both groups. After fruit break play we will gather with the other Early Learners for a movie and popcorn. Hmm, this might be the morning to skip breakfast and eat here!
In case your child hasn't reminded you a dozen times, tomorrow is PAJAMA DAY. Please dress them in their pajamas but please be sure they are dressed warmly enough for outdoor play if the weather permits. Right now rain is predicted for the afternoon but we know how tricky the weather around here can be so shoes will be needed. Slippers are encouraged for indoor play. A favorite stuffed animal would be a welcomed guest. This will be a great way to end the year of 2011 and begin our Winter Holiday.
